What would I have done without you?  You transformed a complete nervous wreck into a swan.  I enjoyed every minute of my golden wedding celebrations and was amazed at how calm I felt – all this was down to you.

To see all our friends and family and having one surprise after another was so emotional.  The sun shone on us and our ‘garden party’ was a memory I will treasure forever.  How on earth did you do it?  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Call me a cynic but I saw weddings and funerals as being fairly closely linked; they both cost far too much and you have no idea how to organise them! So when Siobhan was recommended to me as a ‘wedding planner’ I think I had a vision of an undertaker only maybe wearing pink. What I got was totally different.

Siobhan took all the tension out of the arrangements, seamlessly organising for the right people to arrive at the right time and using her curious blend of business head come caring involved participant to make sure that the lid never flew off anything and nobody had a nervous breakdown. What’s amazing is that no matter what crazy idea you come up with she “knows somebody” and you have to wonder at where on earth she has acquired all these contacts.   

I may still be a cynic but I have to say that I would recommend her to anybody who wants the best day possible and (maybe like me) needs to make sure they don’t end up at loggerheads with their new father-in-law at the reception. 25th Hour are the best, the experience is so good it makes you feel like getting married again and again (!).

Last year STRI celebrated its 75th Anniversary.  I was asked to organise an 'Open Day' exhibition and formal commemorative dinner to mark the occasion.  250 invitations were despatched from an international guest list, including royalty, local dignitaries, MPs and Lords and Ladies.  In addition, over 200 day invitations were also sent.

A daunting task, despite all my experience as a Conference and Event organiser.  Desperate to find a co-ordinator who could work alongside my small team, I was delighted when Siobhan accepted the challenge.  She worked seamlessly with me and my team over an 8 month period. Her unstinting support, good humour and endless list of "somebody who knows" were invaluable.  Added to that, her professional approach, attention to detail and the intricacies of protocol all ensured success on the day.

Following the occasion we received hundreds of letters and compliments from the media and guests.  Testament to all the exhaustive preparations and hard work Siobhan carried out.

When we decided to get married we were so excited but then stopped and thought, where do we start?  Then someone suggested a wedding planner.  We looked into it and decided it was what we needed.

How much we underestimated what we would have had to do was overwhelming.  Thank goodness we had Siobhan. 

Everything was delivered to perfection and we never knew about anything that might have gone wrong, Siobhan took care of it all.  She was relentless in sourcing just what we needed, even when we thought it was impossible.  She knows everyone!

We were struggling to manage our wedding arrangements as we were living in London, getting married in the Dales and half our family were from Australia.  Siobhan found us the perfect venue and sorted out everything we needed.  The family arrived and we had the most wonderful, wonderful wedding and holiday together.  It was so very special – the venue was magnificent and private.  We couldn’t believe what a find it was and to have it to ourselves!  What bliss!
