Your stationery sets the tone for the day and your guests get their first glimpse of the type of event they can expect when they receive their first piece of stationery from you.
Little Pea produces handcrafted stationery for every type of event and consistently adds all those finishing touches to all those important stylish details before, on and after the day.

How much notice is required for an Order?
We would appreciate as much notice as you can give us and due to demand, recommend that you place your order up to 6 months in advance to secure the time in our schedule if you can. Don't worry if you're not that organised though, we are happy to accommodate orders with an urgent turnaround wherever possible. On receipt of your firm order we will send you a confirmation letter or email acknowledging your order and the receipt of your deposit.
How long will it take to complete my order?
We will mutually agree an Order Delivery date so that you know exactly when to expect your order. The invitations will be despatched firstly and once you have provided all the information needed for items such as order of service, menus, table plans etc we will then move onto completing the second part of your order. In emergencies are able to reduce the order period required and have even managed 7 days so feel free to ask - we will do everything to accommodate you.
Is there a minimum order number?
No, there is no minimum order number. You can order the exact amount of invitations etc. that you require, and although we can provide extra after your initial request, we recommend you always order a few extra to cover reasons such as handwriting errors, forgotten guests, backup guests etc. We also advise that you place your complete order at one time, if possible, as this ensures design and material continuity.
How and when do I pay for my order?
On the placement of your order a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required, paid in cash or by cheque. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to the order delivery date if it is to be posted out to you or on delivery if you wish to collect. We will notify you when your order is ready for despatch. There is a postage and packaging charge of £10.00, £15.00 or £20.00 depending on the size of your order. (All cheques made payable to Little Pea Designs). Please note we will not proceed with any order until the deposit has been received and the order confirmation has been signed.
Delivery
Delivery can be arranged for any place that is convenient to you (e.g., home, place of work or alternative address) but a signature will be required. Little Pea Designs accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any items once they have been despatched.
Cancellation Terms
All our orders are handmade to order, to your specific individual requirements. All deposits are non-refundable. Any orders cancelled up to 6 weeks before the agreed delivery date will not incur any further payment; however, any orders cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to delivery date will be subject to full payment. We can only refund or exchange if the stationery is found to be at fault. As your stationery is handmade, it may differ slightly from card to card, this is not deemed as faulty but adds to the charm.
Can I order Samples by post?
Yes, of course. We are more than happy to send you samples although due to demand we have had to introduce a charge for this service which is the cost of each item you wish to have a sample of + £0.75 for postage and packing. Please see our samples or contact page to place your request. Alternatively, you can call us and we can discuss your requirements.
Do the Samples come with any inserts or are they just blank cards?
If you send me the necessary details we will send your samples with your own personalised inserts so you can see the invite as it would be if you were to order.

Little Pea Designs reserve the right to prosecute anyone who may attempt to copy in full or part any of the designs shown on our website, samples albums or individual samples as this infringes our copyright.
