Costing
As all our weddings are individual, we don't like to pigeon-hole you or your budget. We want you to say how you would prefer the service to work for you.We have flexible approaches to our costings so you choose which suits you best. .
Bespoke - our 'exceptional' service. .
The fee agreed would depend upon your personal specifications and the work involved. .
All of your requests and queries can be discussed in an initial consultation which can be arranged at your convenience. .
Once we have talked and ascertained your wishes, preferences, likes and dislikes, we can then start to put together an estimate of our costings. This fee would be inclusive of everything you request, any travel costs, attendance at meetings and our presence on the day - to make sure all those arrangements go as smoothly as possible. .
We can soothe nerves, field calls from suppliers with last minute hitches, deal with the deliveries, make sure the venue looks its best and ensure everyone knows where they should be and when. .
Once we have agreed the fee our work begins in earnest. There is a minimum fee applicable for this service. .
The 'getting you going' package.This package enables you to 'get what you see' and know what you will receive and when. We appreciate that lots of people like to co-ordinate their own weddings and just need that helping hand in 'getting going'. Knowing where to start can often be overwhelming. There are so many choices out there and having someone on hand to lead you directly to the best suppliers and service providers cuts out so many wasted and precious hours. .
Once you know everything's in place, you can relax and if you are happy to, be confident about managing things from that point onwards.................. .
The package includes the following: .
Initial consultation to discuss your requirements; wedding advice and suggestions; sourcing availability and prices from suppliers to suit your wedding style; venue search; booking of your chosen suppliers - venue, photographer, videographer or film crew, florist, entertainment, stationers, transport. .
Once your wedding arrangements are booked then its over to you again. All the correspondence and administration you need will be presented in a file for easy reference. .

We are happy to accommodate any request for help you may have. If you do not wish to take advantage of a full planning service but just need help with one aspect, we would be only too happy to take care of this for you on a one-off basis. .
